• With the client's consent. We will always seek consent before holding medical information.

• Providers of any salon software system that SHAMROCK CLINIC may use now or in the future.
• Any mailing houses or email marketing systems, such as MailChimp, which SHAMROCK CLINIC may use now or in the future.

This service will usually be free. However, UK law permits SHAMROCK CLINIC to take a fee in order to cover administration costs in cases which we deem unfounded or excessive.

RETENTION PERIODS

SHAMROCK CLINIC will retain your personal information for five years from your last visit to the salon, for medical record purposes. We are legally obliged to keep financial transactions for seven years. After this period of time we will securely dispose of all personal information.

The client can request that we securely dispose of their personal information at any time.

Client records are safely stored away from the public for the sake of client protection and privacy.
